If I can leave no star I will do that the worst place ever to do a delivery they won’t let you in if you’re arrive before the time and no public restroom and mean people talk to you at the gate the lady I spoke to her. She had a really bad attitude and in the middle of the talk, she hung up on me while I’m only dropping trailer . I don’t have to wait for door
All DBC cares about is the money. They run their apartment complexes like slum lords. They fix nothing but always make excuses. Their propriety manager in Columbia SC are rude uncaring and will slap a late fee and note on your door if you are late on the rent. They only care about the money
My experience started good. Then the manager of 20 years left. She was great and ran a tight ship. Les the maintenance guy was awesome. Then we had a power outage at the office a few months ago, it still out currently. No way to reach anyone. We have no office staff. Les hasn’t been here in like a month. I have a water coming into through my ceiling. I called the emergency maintenance number, no return call. I called corporate. Message says voicemail is full. Unresponsive company, very unprofessional. Had a concern about my apartment and couldn't reach anyone at my apartment so decided to reach out to this company as they own it. They told me they would alert upper management and get back to me. It has now been more than 2 weeks and multiple follow up emails and I haven't gotten any updates or replies.
Currently dealing with the landlord Walter (Alcoma on the green) who has threatened to change my locks illegally (I have the voicemail as proof). There is an existing no eviction order and there as been no order to go into my unit and as of yesterday I was informed my things were being removed. I contacted the magistrate who instructed me to call the police. Stay away from this property if possible. The management is a joke. Sewage smells invade the entire first floor and sometimes the first floor units and the basement. The... read more
