Unresponsive company, very unprofessional. Had a concern about my apartment and couldn't reach anyone at my apartment so decided to reach out to this company as they own it. They told me they would alert upper management and get back to me. It has now been more than 2 weeks and multiple follow up emails and I haven't gotten any updates or replies.
Had a fire at my home and no one has reached out to me. The Regional Manager Sharon Ptak is the manager and I haven’t heard anything from her. I can’t even get my things out the apartment because it’s boarded up because someone set My apartment on fire and I was in the hospital for a week. These are very unethical tactics.
Well I have been here at Bower Hill 3 for 14 months now. And I consider it a very good place to live! I thoroughly enjoyed the pool this summer even though I broke my foot in June LOL. Now I have to get up off of the couch and get down to that exercise room and get back to exercising!
Currently dealing with the landlord Walter (Alcoma on the green) who has threatened to change my locks illegally (I have the voicemail as proof). There is an existing no eviction order and there as been no order to go into my unit and as of yesterday I was informed my things were being removed. I contacted the magistrate who instructed me to call the police. Stay away from this property if possible. The management is a joke. Its sad when the people over your apartment management cant even help you im on day 7 of a squirrel being in my apartment and no one has called me back yet . The Foam they inserted yesterday the squirrel ate right through it and i was laying down turned around the squirrel was in my face.
