Application process is smooth and uncomplicated. I moved in five days ago and my studio is beautiful, the area feels safe and it is cozy. However, I have not had hot water since I moved in. It will get “warm”/lukewarm but it doesn’t stay that way longer than five minutes. It got to hot ONCE for again, only five minutes, then immediately went cold. This is a habitability issue. Unfortunately I live at one of your properties. My AC has been out for 2 months. This so unacceptable and im about ready to escalate it to the Magistrate court. Property manager is doing her best but this issue happened before she got there. There is NO REASON why I should be without AC for 2 months!! I pay my rent every month on time and I've been there 5 and a half years! You guys are the absolute worst and im working hard to make sure this is the last year i give yall my money and peace
If I can leave no star I will do that the worst place ever to do a delivery they won’t let you in if you’re arrive before the time and no public restroom and mean people talk to you at the gate the lady I spoke to her. She had a really bad attitude and in the middle of the talk, she hung up on me while I’m only dropping trailer . I don’t have to wait for door
My experience started good. Then the manager of 20 years left. She was great and ran a tight ship. Les the maintenance guy was awesome. Then we had a power outage at the office a few months ago, it still out currently. No way to reach anyone. We have no office staff. Les hasn’t been here in like a month. I have a water coming into through my ceiling. I called the emergency maintenance number, no return call. I called corporate. Message says voicemail is full. All DBC cares about is the money. They run their apartment complexes like slum lords. They fix nothing but always make excuses. Their propriety manager in Columbia SC are rude uncaring and will slap a late fee and note on your door if you are late on the rent. They only care about the money
