The front desk staff was very helpful. They went outside and directed a salesman my way, which I appreciated. I waited for the salesman to finish his phone call, but when he walked back into the showroom, he passed right by me without acknowledging I was there. I understand he was on the phone, but a simple head nod or gesture to let me know he saw me would have gone a long way. The front desk made a good impression, but based on this first interaction, the sales team may need some additional customer service training.
