I worked as a sales person for a different company and they were one of my customers. My FAVORITE customer. Rich and Brian were very professional and great to work with. They were so easy to work with that we would go to them for our 3rd party vendors that we. Couldn't buy from. I no longer work with tools, but if I ever go back in sales for tool company, I would insist on selling to them again.

I am in the stamping industry, I program, set-up and run CNC mills, making due components, and machining die sets. I use DBC on almost a daily basis for work (and occasionally for personal tools). I have found them to be very responsive, very helpful, and have great delivery times (granted I am local, so the deliver to my shop). Always an ordeal to call them on the phone, not worth the effort. Selection is there, but so is it from other industrial suppliers. It would be worth the expense for them to hire someone personable to answer the phones at least.
