Don't go there. I have been there for many years. Dr Chiu is not professional. His partner female Dentist did my Root canal.I went back to office after 4 weeks to get Crown put on as planned.I still had pain on my tooth. He examined and took another X Ray.He said my tooth was broken.I said your partner broke it by doing root canal.He said no. Then I asked him. I am going to report this doctor Chiu for unfinished crown and root canal he will have no license. He just wanted my family money didn’t care about the patients at all. He left me hanging and kicked us out. Unprofessional malpractice for pain and suffering. Please save yourself and the money do not come here I want him out of business. This doctor just wants money.

Been going to this dentist office for years, and even finally recommended my mom to start coming here. I’ve got multiple cleanings, fillings, wisdom teeth extractions, and one crown. All were pleasant as they could be. I was most nervous about the extractions, but Dr. Chiu noticed that I was clenching my fists and told me to relax, and since he seemed super calm about it I felt better and was able to relax. I was a patient up until 2015 when I moved out from southern California. I started going here because my parents went here and they often just made appointments for me. This was a huge mistake. Not valuing my dental health has left me with bone loss. None of the dentists at happy family dental ever pointed out bone loss to me and allowed it to progress. A lot of the dentists at happy family dental seem to value collecting your insurance money and copay. They don't value patient care or bedside manner at all.
