I needed to fax yesterday and a young man that say he is the owner by the name of Byron had a very unpleasant attitude. He ask for my phone number due to the fax I explained to him I had a fax before that did not get fax until the next day. So I ask him his name he said that it did not matter he said that he would not charge me so that means my fax was not going to be fax. I took my fax some where else. Byron you need to fix your attitude.
