Very very slow, they weren't even busy. The employees are on their phones and constantly talking to each other things that are not work related....slow mowing, slow responding...to be honest whenever I pick up in the Atlanta area it's the same. People here just don't want to work.

The safety department needs to get a lot more serious. I saw USA Truck trailer# 118266, license plate from Indiana # P585354 being pulled by a Shenker tractor in Adairsville, GA on Hwy 140 on Dec 03, 2025 as it left the Lowe's Distribution Center then got on I-75N. The driver left the tandems all the way to the rear, violating bridge law, and the angle iron supporting the mudflaps on the trailer is broken and hanging. No mudflap on the driver's side of the trailer.
SAVE TIME: Take any dock 35-45 first then check otherwise you will be stuck waiting for a dock. CANCEL THE LOAD AND AVOID THE HEADACHE!!!!!!
