I wanted inform that my mother purchased a Thompson sofa convertible couch from Target to be delivered to my address and the company, Db Schenker Usa, that was brokered to deliver it messed up the order several times, it made everything a lot more stressful than it needed to be. I arranged for the couch to be delivered between 11am and 5pm last Wednesday Dec. 7th. This order was made over the phone more than 2 weeks prior to the date.
