Tradeperson was friendly but overall the service from the company was subpar. Communication from more than one staff member was sparse & unsatisfactory. The report I was provided after the call out was delayed & focused on an issue unrelated to the reason for the call out in the first place. I was told a quote for further work would be prepared but it was never delivered. Now I need to organise a new tradesperson at my own cost because weeks later my issue is still unresolved.
