Had a great experience with the team from quote to the actual work. Everyone was very nice and professional. They fixed a broken down pipe and installed a new one which look great. Thanks Clark and Eden!
Danny & Jedd went above and beyond to limit any damage when our burst pipe was located between our kitchen cupboards and the exterior brick wall. This is the second time DB have been able to fit us in for burst water pipes straight away. Great job guys - sorry about the lake you had to crawl through. Highly recommend!!
HIGHLY RECOMMEND! Recently had a few jobs done with Tom and Clark, the company has excellent communication, huge shout out to Sarah and Danny. The plumbers turn up on time, and do great work, and cleans up after themselves.
Really great experience with these guys all round. Sarah went through my issue with me and took detailed notes (potentially complex/unclear plumbing issue) and passed my details on to Anthony swiftly. Anthony in turn advised he may recognise the issue (from description and photos) and that it may be serious and so Sarah and Anthony arranged an earlier slot at no additional cost. Anthony and DB Pro Team were amazing as soon as I sumbitted my plumbing issue in the morning Anthony arrived in the afternoon to fix the issue.Not only was it completed quickly but also provided expertise plumbing advice i required for an upcoming job.
