I had Mick from DB Pro Plumbing attend my place in North Melbourne. I had hot water issues that were repaired and restored on the day. Without asking, He even fixed a leaky tap which he noticed. Very impressed with the prompt customer service provided from admin to work completed. Highly recommend, my water has never been hotter
Submitted a request at 10pm at night because my hot water system had blown up. Danny called me before I was even out of bed the next morning! Straight onto it and sent his guys around. Ty and David were incredible. Great communication around our work and options, were always very respectful when moving the house and doing the work. Needed to confirm a leaking downpipe and the boys from DB Plumbing sorted me out quickly. Jedd arrived on site and was professional from start to finish. Highly recommend for all north side plumbing needs.
