I engaged this firm to survey a piece of property in Mentor, in February. Paid for it. Was promised 2 weeks to completion. Delayed 2 weeks, then another 2 weeks...never completed the work. I cancelled, asked for my money back. He charged me $500 to NOT finish the job. I engaged another company in Mentor, the guy completed the work in 2 weeks...no problem. DB Kosie and Associates are shysters and not to be trusted. Never again.
