Jason and Andrew were both very pleasant. Jason took the time to explain the significance of mold, and the science behind it to make sure we understood what could potentially happen, the risks involved, and when things should become a concern. I am pregnant and was very concerned when I started smelling mold coming out of our laundry room. Fortunately, we were able to pin point that the mold was coming from my washer/dryer.
