David and his team replaced our windows and built a covered awning over our patio area. Pricing was better than several estimates we received for the same materials/work. Dave (DB) was very professional from time of estimate to completion of job. I had several estimates. And the reason why I chose DP solutions was because when Dave went on top of the roof to Look at the problems he seen some shingles that needed to be temporary repaired because rain was coming. He patched it without me asking and without charging anything extra. He did this, not knowing if I was going to hire him or not. He explained everything from material to process. Don’t bother calling anybody else, David and team are who you want for your exterior home repairs (and maybe interior too who knows but that’s not what I needed). The other five star reviews pretty much say it all but David was responsive, prompt, included me in all decisions, polite, respectful of property, highly knowledgeable, displayed willingness and flexibility as I asked about other repairs, and all at a very reasonable price. And of course great craftsmanship. You’ll be hearing from me again soon for other repairs!
