Beyond expectations. I had no idea that the floors could come out that nicely. Friendly, flexible, and fair-priced. Wish we would have called DB years ago.
One of the worst businesses I have ever dealt with. No showed three of the five days. No communication, I had to call each time to find out what is going on. apparently they feel you should either be at your house 24 hours a day for their convenience or give them the keys to your home. Betty is one of the most clueless people I have ever dealt with. Never realized there was a problem or show any concern for how the job is going. They don't do the work themselves by the way they use subcontractors, so the communication takes ... read more
