Staff where off hand abrupt and just not very helpful. Will go elsewhere in future
Not very good. And we're rude and abrupt... And that's putting it mildly which is never "ideal" for a nervous patient.... The service left ALOT to be desired IMO
Had examination 2 years ago, clearly asked at the receptionist “do I need to pay anything” she said “no”. Had only x ray small film. 2years after receiving the invoice due including scaling and polishing which I never ever had in that clinic I would remember if I had. Avoid Avoid Avoid.
I can not recommend highly enough. Stuart is the best dentist in Scotland. His team are so friendly and dedicated to their patients.
Stuart is a fantastic dentist and the receptionists are always friendly and welcoming. Regarding other reviews saying they don't answer the phone, there is a voicmail option and they phone back in around 10 minutes. Stuart really knows his stuff and very passionate about dental care. I was going to join the dental plan, I had some work that needed done, Stuart suggested I get this done on NHS before joining which I did.
