Very disappointed with attitude and professional standards with D&B Carpet Cleaning Services!! First....in moving sectional sofa off area to be cleaned...David Solomon the owner....jerked the chair back and proceeded to rip the side of the other chair..a V shape flap approx 6 inches long...where they both attach!!!! I heard the rip and came over to investigate....I told David this was a BRAND NEW couch not even a week old!!!! Did an excellent job. The carpet is as old as the house and now it looks and smells clean. It looks new again and is so soft. All the stains are gone and they even gave me some great tips. Would highly recommend and will be using them again next time.
Excellent job on my carpet that was stained and dull due to pets and mud.. I would recommend them to anyone. Best deal and cleaning in town. !
