Office manager is really Nasty!! They mislead people saying their insurance isn’t active and when you miss an appointment because of false claims of insurance issue they steal money from FSA / HSA.(which is over $400 stolen) made false claims that they have refunded the money and i found out 1 year later that they didn’t. They were Holding an advance payments for the treatment since last year when I asked for the refund office manager came out nasty because I missed an appointment ( she said I don’t have an active insurance)... read more
