My mother was a patient here and she had a dentures done. But they hurt her when eating, she complained the dentist about this and he did nothing, no offer for adjustment or anything. I got involved and when I was asked to speak to the dentist, he refused to speak to me and said “we will just refund her”. I went to the insurance to get this procedure refund, and the my insurance was informed from the dentist this was never offered. They straight up lied to me, in the meantime my mom was suffering and unable to eat properly. ... read more
