This company is not doing business fairly. Initially they will send you the invoice of less amount but later they will charge more. Very bad . They are trying to earn money quickly. Once you give your credit card details ,they will start charging as per their wish. Don't give credit card details .
Confirming what the other reviewers said: this company is a total scam. Terrible cleaning and they trick you into a membership. I have gone back and forth a dozen times asking to cancel. I am now having to go through my bank to dispute the charges. DO NOT USE THEM.
This place is a big scam. No one showed up for my first appointment. Second appointment experience was really bad and hardly any cleaning was done. On top of that, I wasn’t knowing that there is a mandatory 6 months subscription fee once you enrolled in as I hardly saw that before signing up. Now they are saying to pay one time termination fee of $192 to cancel this 6 months subscription +last month $49 they have already charged. Big scam and have ways to trick you. BEWARE!!!!! Regretting to use this.
Very disappointed, first bad experience with a cleaning service , not a basic attempt made to clean properly, floors were not even swept, it’s terrible. Was surprised the lady did not have gloves, broom, mop. No cleaning products .. stay away
