Please tell me there is less than a one star. All they do is take advantage of older people. Like my mom. And misconstrue messages. Two young guys appeared over my shoulder at 5am (aka totally dark). I suggested to not let happen again. And I’m being accused of trying to shoot them. lol. Comical company.
We are very happy with the consistent quality of service and dependability of Dazzle. I had questions today about the chemicals and Louis Grambs was very helpful and knowledgeable. Thank you Louis!
Very happy with their service, honestly, and pricing. My technician is Alejandro. He explained exactly what they are servicing, chemicals needed and we even figured out how to turn the fountain on. All in all highly recommend!
Our Service Tech today, Luis G. did a great job. He was knowledgable about the service history and the challenges with our below grade pool equipment. Very friendly and did a thorough cleaning job and explained chemical changes. Thank you.
I had a pump repair and installation, and it was an amazing service and the worker was the best at explaining what was happening and the experience was the best.
