Long waits, slow service over priced. Will not be back
If i could give zero stars I would the only person thats nice here is the owner and the one male they have working. It's always rushed no time and care to the clients nail health. You can tell they prioritize regular clients by giving them special treatment and allowing them to avoid waiting which means they will skip over you to take a regular. Very overpriced.
Brung my 4 year old here so we could have a mommy daughter nail date. We waited over an hour just for them not to service us together they started me and SKIPPED my daughter to take another customer it wasn't until i pointed it out the lady stopped servicing the other woman and did my daughters toes. They initially tried to upsell me and told me 36$ for the mani and pedi for a four year old but the reason the pricing was high because they were going to allow her to put her feet in the water i agreed but when the other woman ... read more
☆☆☆☆ Extremely disappointing and disorganized experience from start to finish. I returned because I had a positive experience previously with a technician, but was informed she no longer works there. After selecting my design, the service quickly became inconsistent and poorly managed. I was repeatedly left waiting while the technician stepped away to assist other clients, leading to major delays.
