I was ignored for 30 minutes even though I had an appointment. And even when I walked out, no one said anything and cared. I then decided to walk back in and I was still ignored and they started talking in their native language. Then finally, I walked up to the woman and said hey you guys know I have an appointment why am I not being seen? It took me a while to find a good Nail spot, once I found Dazzle nails I knew I'd be a permanent fixture here. Everyone is pleasant and they all do great work but Mai is my go to Nail tech she takes her time, she is gentle and she really cares about the health of your nails..... I came in around 4 on 12/12, I have been coming here for a couple years and recently noticed a big change in staffing. The current staff is not as friendly and does not ask what you are looking for unless you are wanting to pay $20 up charge for gel. I would have gotten a higher tier of service if I had been asked. I ended up with the basic but even knowing this, it was sub par. My nails were shipped but then also the surface of the nails were filed.
