Once Mai left I only came for a soak off and basic manicure with no polish but the lady who serviced me drilled off my entire nail beds leaving them bumpy and you can visibly see that she over drilled. I understand people start somewhere and need to learn but please ensure your staff is being trained properly because there’s no reason for all that I’m also charged $37.
Decided to give Dazzle a third chance because it is really hard to find a decent nail shop. I was happy when I realized they had new owners so I thought it would be better. The first two times were great then the third time I had an appointment ended up waiting almost an hour because the person I was scheduled with (Danny) had to redo the previous client's toe gel polish as she seemed very upset. I literally got the most basic nail set ever and it looks so bad. It didn’t even last a week. My nails fell off and it looks like cheap press ons. The color is fading off. My cuticles look so bad and bruised. Just save ur money and go somewhere else. At least my feet look cute. Edit: I literally forgot about this but I should’ve known.
