To start off, the place was clean and had a nice vibe, which made me excited to try it out since a friend recommended it. I asked for French tip nails, but honestly, I felt totally overcharged. Went here today for a pedicure and Amy (the older lady or oldest lady at the shop) started my pedicure and was doing very lazy work when I asked her politely if she could fix what she messed up she gave me a VERY evil stare for a good 10 seconds then she started talking to the girl who works at the front table & she came over I explained to her my issue & she told Amy to fix it.. in the end Amy left my pedicure very messy & sloppy the girl at the front offered to fix it for me when I was paying because she saw the messy job ... read more
Went in and asked for a French tip and there was a rude girl that’s always at the front and literally said “we don’t have the color “ ? How do you not have French tip just say you don’t want to work
I absolutely love this nail salon, Cici and Carol are the best, I have been going here since they opened, the staff is amazing, never disappointed.
