Don't waste your time. Overpriced, absolutely condescending staff, when I had a issue with my nail staff yelled at me "it's okay, it's okay!" I said no, it's not I'm paying you too much to make such a joke of my nails..... I asked for Black almond nails. Ended up with wonky thumb, uneven and chunky nails I was so upset with the service. Don't go there ever.
Only walked in as every other nail saloon in knox were busy with a minimum 20min wait .Chose deluxe spa for the feet and SNS for hands , i was surprised when asked to pay rather not even told - they just got the machine . The young boy said leave if you dont wanna pay .... hence sadly i had to leave the place as his tone was just not right with me. I had not even said anythung just my facial expression. This place in Knox is a disgrace ! Can’t believe high priced and attitude off the charts. Toe nails not trimmed and cleaned properly.
I agree a lot of fake reviews ! But positive ones !!! Worst services , and customer services is non existent . No a single time they admit it might be their service that require upgrade!!! Save yourself from trouble and your money … stay away from them !!!
