I never leave reviews, but people need to know about this place. I came in for a $35 pedicure, but the man convinced me to “upgrade” to their $45 Premium pedicure. By the time I paid, it turned into $85—full of charges he never explained. They had regular polish, but he gave me gel without asking and didn’t tell me it was a $20 upcharge. They upcharge the crap out of you without saying anything. The $45 pedicure I asked for wound up being $80 even though what she was “offering” me was supposed to be included in the $45 price. They only hand you gel colors to choose from but gel is a $20 upcharge. If it was a really great pedicure I might not say anything about the price, but like someone else mentioned, it was rushed and my feet are still not smooth. There are much better nail salons in town
Me and my boyfriend were visiting Tahoe and got a last minute appointment here. The prices were cheap/reasonable and the staff was very nice. Highly recommend :)
If you have a need for a nail repair, don’t choose this place. They laughed and talked in their native language and finally had someone provide the service for $15 for one nail. The person who provided the service was embarrassed to quote the price. The owner needs a lesson in humility and customer service. Never again!
