Very nice office and a good location. The staff are so friendly and make you feel so comfortable and informed. They talk to you about dental insurance (if you have it) prior to coming in. Everyone has a smile on their face and they are so welcoming and warm. The dentist, hygienist, and front office staff are so knowledgeable. All my questions were answered in detail and I left feeling informed and satisfied with my dental plan, cleanings, and pay. I booked my appointment through Zocdoc specifically to see a particular dentist, but I never even got to meet her. Instead, I was seen by a different doctor without any prior notice or explanation, which was disappointing. Unfortunately, the entire visit felt more like a sales consultation than a dental appointment. Came on a busy Friday and had to wait a bit, but it was well worth it. Dr. Patki was friendly, knowledgable, and thorough in explaining everything. Her assistant Lydia was bubbly and gave warm welcomes. Lastly, Glenda took the time to explain the procedures and any insurance questions I had in great detail. Great experience overall!
