The owner came out to our home with her manager to meet us and walk through our home. We were very pleasantly surprised at how nice they were and they really listened to our needs. ***** customized our cleaning and we could not be happier! Wow thanks so much for your kind words. ***** has been cleaning my flat for more than a year. I couldn't be happier with her! I've got pretty high standards for cleaning and she goes above and beyond to deliver on them. My flat always looks and smells very nice after she's done with it. She has great eye for detail. She even organizes my make up drawer, kitchen cupboards, clothes and fridge.Thank you so much ***** for great work and for always being very kind and fun! ?? See my review on ******* Evidently I wrote to much to be posted on BBB!The ending of my review was this which I guess is the most important.I personally think they have excellent service, great cleaning crew, reliable, on time, good communication, great with animals, non toxic supplies, and it works for my personal budget. Its so nice to not have to worry about cleaning and come home to a nice clean house!!! Thank you for your honest review. You have been super amazing to work with. We will see you soon.

Ive had a very good experience with this company. The owner is readily acceptable for communication, and has been very accommodating. The crew has done a nice job cleaning..some cleaners are better than others, but overall, very happy with their services. Thank you so much for your honest review. We do have new cleaners in training and we work hard to get them all up to speed. I am grateful you have been very understanding and patient while we train new employees, but soon they will be experienced.
