What a wonderful, amazing experience today with Dr. Cadieux and her assistant Heidi, so warm and friendly, I am a giant chicken ... so scared am I. Dr. Cadieux had to prep for a Crown, I didn't feel one needle prick, she took her time, made me feel so comfortable, she explained everything as she was going thru and put my mind at ease, answered all my questions and followed up with great explanation, even to my night time home care. Initially, I had a favorable impression of Dr. Cadieux. However, my experience changed once I went in for what was supposed to be a simple filling. Without much discussion or explanation, she decided on her own to reshape my tooth and prepare it for a crown instead. The procedure felt rushed, caused a lot of bleeding, and left my gum sore and damaged. After returning home, I decided to stop treatment entirely and not proceed with the crown. I no longer felt comfortable continuing care at this office. Communication was also d... read more
