I used dayus roofing about 3 years ago. Within the first year I had a massive amount of mold growing in daughter’s bedroom. Dayus refused to fix the issue. So I got it fixed. Now this winter 2 other bedrooms along the same wall are now getting mold as well. I contacted dayus again and they are still refusing to fix the issue. When they installed the roof they moved the insulation and didn’t install vents properly when they finished. Damaging most. I hired this Wonderful company to replace my flat roof about six years ago. I had such a wonderful experience with them that I’m going to hire them to do my second flat roof. The job has not been done but throughout setting up the time to do it and dealing with the owner, Frank, he’s the nicest and the kindest person. Dayus has replaced the roof in the past, as needed, on both house and garage. We have always been very satisfied with the excellent workmanship and cleanup after the job completion.
