Krista has helped me get back to me. When I leave her classes my world is calmer, my head clearer and allows me to handle my stress. Love attending these classes, Krista and the women in the class
What a beautiful and uplifting day! The entire experience from the 108 sun salutations to feeding the cows to chanting mantras and learning a little about Vedic practices. The lunch was delicious and the people were warm and welcoming. I can’t wait to do this next year. Thank you Krista and everyone at the Vedic Foundation.
