Went to a great Yoga walk wirh Krista. Very nice group of folks lead with some guided meditation and yoga stretches. Nice way to explore the local area and meet like minded people. Highly recommended!

The best customer service Very attentive and efficient
My first Yoga experience was a "Saturday Retreat". It was Wonderful. I have also enjoyed at least one Beach Yoga ,also Wonderful all-be-it sandy. BUT...The most glorious and rewarding experience Krista allowed me to share was a "Weekend Retreat" at a Buddhist Ashram . The Program was,for me, a heart, mind and body cleansing, an emptying out of the Dark and MADE room for the Light. Thank You Krista Love
