Yoga with Krista has changed my life for the better in so many ways! I never thought I would be this intune and confident within myself! I have gained so much awareness and knowledge not only about yoga and meditation but also myself through inner work and her teachings! She is an amazing mentor/teacher and has absolutely inspired me to be more authentic! If you feel that is something you could benefit from I definitely recommend scheduling a class with her for sure!
Krista provides such a warm, welcoming environment to practice yoga with a focus on connecting to others in the group so there's a real sense of belonging, whether you're in the studio or online. It's a blessing.
I am currently taking the 30 day Meditation Course with Krista after being hesitant to join. It has been the best decision ever! Krista immediately puts you at ease with her calmness and understanding of people. I have learned so much already and am only on day 12! Went to a great Yoga walk wirh Krista. Very nice group of folks lead with some guided meditation and yoga stretches. Nice way to explore the local area and meet like minded people. Highly recommended!
