I recently had the experience of taking a Meditation class with Krista. Even though, it was online we did have group sessions to react and share with others in the class. But if that was not possible, it was not required and everything can be online at your own convenient time of day. New to meditation, I found the experience gentle, carring and supportive. Krista is the most loving and gentle yoga teacher on the planet! She customizes her classes to fit the needs of the students, and will never make a beginner (or anyone) feel inferior. Yet great results are definitely induced!
Yoga with Krista has changed my life for the better in so many ways! I never thought I would be this intune and confident within myself! I have gained so much awareness and knowledge not only about yoga and meditation but also myself through inner work and her teachings! She is an amazing mentor/teacher and has absolutely inspired me to be more authentic! If you feel that is something you could benefit from I definitely recommend scheduling a class with her for sure!
Krista provides such a warm, welcoming environment to practice yoga with a focus on connecting to others in the group so there's a real sense of belonging, whether you're in the studio or online. It's a blessing.
