I call to have someone Send out a tow truck Because people like to park in the fire lane and block The entrances in my apartment complex and they don’t send anybody out Even though the lady says she does every time she doesn’t,will continue to take pictures and report it to non emergency since they will send somebody else out to do their jobs

I have seen some poor reviews on this company and I struggle to understand why. Maybe just because people are overwhelmed at the loss of their vehicles for whatever reason.My experience has been nothing short of exceptional. I had a very unpleasant and concerning experience with this tow company that I feel others should be aware of. The day before picking up my car, I was clearly quoted $138 plus $35 per day for storage. I called specifically to confirm pricing for the following day, so there would be no confusion. We’ve been staying at Hawain Inn. But on the second night, our car was towed by Daytona Wrecker. They said that the hotel called them to tow our car and that we had to pay $220 by cash. We’re paniced and embarrassed. We’ll report it to the police.
