Getting the run around about being able to get my car from this company. I've been calling every day to try pick my car up. My car was towed to their yard on 9/5/26 because I was in an accident and suffered a head injury. First 2 days the dispatcher claims they are closed. I called on 9/7/26 and the dispatcher asking me what type of car I have what day and why it was towed. She never answered my question about if I can pick it up today or not.

So, I parked my RV in this big huge empty parking lot at the international speedway. No gates, no signs saying no parking or tow away zone--nothing at all. Came back an hour or so later and, uh oh, the money hungries got it. It was gone. So I went to the office at the speedway and they gave me the number for Daytona wrecker services. I called them, yep they snatched my rv. It was more than $800 for that, what, 5 mi tow. Completely reasonable right? Nothing at all cutthroat about that! I had a pleasant experience with each staff member I encountered here. Jr was super personable & friendly & talked me through my anxiety when my car was hit. Multiple staff members offered me assistance & water when I dropped by to clean out my car. The woman in the office was very sweet too. Thank you for the kindness at such a stressful time!
