Very unpleasant and concerning experience with this tow company. Employees are extremely unprofessional and rude. Paid $400 to get my car out and made me sit outside in the heat for over an hour for my car after already paying. HIGHLY do not recommend this tow company at all.

Our vehicle was towed while we were attending the Supercross event. We were told by security in the Bass Pro Shop parking lot that we were legally parked on street right of way. There were no "no parking or tow away zone signs". What is more upsetting is that we had my husband's handicap placard clearly displayed as he is a disabled veteran as is his buddy that was with us. I call to have someone Send out a tow truck Because people like to park in the fire lane and block The entrances in my apartment complex and they don’t send anybody out Even though the lady says she does every time she doesn’t,will continue to take pictures and report it to non emergency since they will send somebody else out to do their jobs
