Ordered TRD brake pads back in August and paid for them then. Still haven't received any updates other than when I called months ago they said they were on backorder. Bottom line, don't list parts as available when you don't have them.

I am very disappointed with your service, I bought a part online and returned it because it was not the correct one for my car. Since 07/18/23 I am waiting for my money to be returned and I still have not received it. I have called them many times and they transfer my call to other offices where no one picks up the phone. I personally went to attend to the problem and they told me that they would call me to give me an answer and they never did. I had a great experience with Daytona Toyota Parts Store, I ordered a part online, before I receive email for the order to pickup, I drove 45 minutes and reached the counter, the order was not yet processed but they helped me prioritize my online order and handed over the part. To replace the part I had to open couple of screws which required special tool, I requested and the service team quickly help me with that. I needed a part for a 2003 Toyota Corolla le I visited the parts department where I meet Dana who was very nice and knowledgeable she looked my part up ordered it and had it at there department the next morning car runs great now I couldn't be happier Thank you
