My name is Greg R. I had a 1:15 appointment at Daytona Toyota on 9/22/23. I was responsible enough to call in at 1:14 pm. to announce my lateness by 15 min max. Little did I know when I made the call they changed the appointment to 130 to accommodate my lateness which was fine. I had the blue kia. Anyway I got there at 1:20 and my advisor was Michelle. Was sold a car. They convinced me to sign a finance agreement till I brought the full amount of money in and the finance agreement would not be submitted. I brought in a cashier check and paid car off on 5/17. On 5/28 the dealership sent in finance agreement and received money from them too and stuck me with interest and fees when the car was already paid. Criminal!!!! They lied

Daytona Toyota wanted to add 6k above MSRP. After telling them I would not pay 6k more than MSRP, the sales manager wanted me to applaud him for his honesty. These people grandstand their greed, which is on full display. Go to a factory Toyota dealership. Avoid this dealership unless you want to pay 4k to 6k above MSRP. Don’t be a sucker who gets sticker sucker punched.

Got rear-ended and Direct General had this place on their list. Took my vehicle there. They estimated the time at 2 weeks. They have had it a month. The insurance will not pay the loss of use for that extra time so I am out not only a vehicle but $500 for a rental car. No one you talk to cares. They said they would talk to the insurance company to fix it and didn't. I would NOT recommend this place!

I am from North Carolina, I was stranded on the highway for 7 hours. I was finally rescued I had my car towed to Daytona Toyota, they repaired my car charged me $2000 I drove 90 miles had the same problem. Car overheated stuck on the side of the road for over 8 hours. The scum bags at Daytona Toyota said they did a great job, if you are from out of town stay away they are crooked, it’s a criminal enterprise no warranty on their work.

I purchased a 2019 Nissan Murano on 10/15-2022 from Daytona Toyota. There was an added charge of $999.00 to the total cost for Dealer Prep. I thought this was very high, and I told the Salesman this. btw, Bill ***** was the one who initially helped my wife and I. Very pleasant man. Test drove, price was so-so, but didn't complain at the time. My error ! I was told that the service department did a complete check of the Vehicle. Was supposed to have a detail wash done, which, in my humble opinion, didn't happen. My wife and ... read more

The back and forth is ridiculous. The lies and miscommunication, very unprofessional. I didn't read all of these reviews until now so I can certainly understand everyone's frustration. I posted videos on ****** review so there was no denying the final results. Basically I was given the run around by 3 people during a one week transaction.

None stop harassment after purchasing a car from them. Every other day they are trying to buy it back or sell me a new car. Would never do business with them again!

Terribly sorry the consumer feels this way. Since 2017 they have gotten a batch email from time to time, but our records show the customer sent a lead in on 11/23/2021. So yes, in the recent time frame they got a few phone calls or texts. We have already removed phone and email capabilities, and will have they completely removed from there system if need be.

After several times in dealing with the Toyota in Daytona in a terrible customer service and have a broke my car and I have pictures to prove what I am saying. The latest incident is them stripping my oil filter housing and not seen anything about it. I took my car Saturday pass to get my oil changed at Walmart and they informed me that my housing was messed up and they could not do it.
