It was our first time and it was fantastic. Heather was our host and she explained everything on the menu. Had great burgers and a fun time. The truffle fries were fabulous. Hoping to go back before we leave. If not we know a great place to go.

made a reservation way ahead of time for a big party. so they knew ahead of time there was going to be a big group. we got there at 6:30. took our order at 7:03. we were sitting there waiting for our food while other people that came at after us were being served. talked to the waitress about it and she was absolutely rude and told me i'm wrong. so then i talked to the manager who also told me in a rude way that i was wrong and we need to just wait for our food. then the guy who i talked to who said he was the manager just s... read more

The response is straight to the point and not hostile at all. We never claim to be an "upscale establishment " as a matter of fact we consider ourselves a casual taproom with great food. Plus, we are never discourteous to our customers, and if someone is the first thing you should do is ask for the manager and the matter will be handled promptly
