Wasted my time only to return with an insane deposit required! Not reliable has a bad attitude and will talk to you like you are dumb please don’t rent from them
We had a great experience with Jann moving into a rental she manages. She was communicative and professional. 2 days after moving in the water heater went out at 7 pm at night. Jann came out very next morning and had plumber replace. Definitely would recommend Jann and this business! **UPDATE*** RENTER BEWARE!! The rest of the tenancy was awful and completely unprofessional. When we contacted Jann for other problems, she immediately tried to blame US for the problems without even coming to inspect.
