Service advisor Yaritza was very helpful getting our small radiator leak fixed. Even though I called her a few times checking on vehicle she was very understanding and professional. Good customer service!
The hell with their parts department, I called about a turbo actuator. Online Mopar store says it’s for $700 with 24% off l. This parts department wanted $1800 for the same exact part. I encourage everybody to learn how to do maintenance yourself. Do not take it there, they will rob you.

I was waiting 1.5 hrs just to get an freaking estimate!! This people want to charge $155 hr! They dont worth $10! Never ever they will waste my time!!
Service after the sale is pathetic. We've had our 3500 for a year. We just hit 10,000 miles and our 1st Service. We made an appt got there service was rude and said you just go over to the quick lube(or whatever they call it). So we went over there they were very short, "just park it over there we'll get to it" Within 20 min they were calling us up they were done.
