Poor customer service and rude on multiple occasions when I have ever tried to deal with them. They asked for a SSN so they could provide pricing. One time they refused to give pricing insinuating I could not afford to pay off my negative equity on my current loan due only to extremely high mileage driving for work. Left me a rude voicemail when I used their online offer tool to make an offer 2,000 under asking instead of making a counteroffer. Not a great strategy in this current market climate.

Thay did get back to me but after that I told them I was not Interstate because it was too far away but they kept texting me on my phone several times after I undescribed them
