Tried getting my car fixed under paint recall warranty and only did part of the job and the car came back damaged from the body shop THEY farmed it out to and they are taking no responsibility for it. They also left the lights on in the car and when I picked it up the battery was dead. They were nice enough to jump it but the battery died when I turned it off.

On May 6th, 2024 **************** brought his 2018 Hyundai Elantra in for a paint concern. A service R.O. was written and **************** was provided alternate transportation at no cost to him. Service manager got Hyundai Motor America involved with this concern and it was approved to have the paint concerns repaired at no cost to him, even though the vehicle was well out of it's original factory paint warranty. They always claim they are booked up for appointments at the service center and they refuse to give me a oil change and tire rotation and there employees know nothing about hyundai cars

BEWARE!! Wanted to purchase my lease car, was informed there is a 999.00 dealer fee to complete the transaction. When I questioned what this fee was for, the reply was it was the price I would have to pay to buy my own vehicle. In reading the lease contract it never states that this a valid requirement. Hyundai Financial as well as the dealer are in violation of contract law. this is something very simple that could have been figured out between the management and the customer. Unfortunately not one of the managers has spoke to the customer. The dealership is still going to pay the customers vehicle off which requires the dealership taking the money from their account and waiting on the title before getting their money money back. Terrible experience with this dealer. Went in to purchase a car to get my credit started, as I had none. We put down $8000 to help with financing and the interest rate. We were told we were approved and all was well. That was a lie. We were told to send in more bank forms and tax forms the next day. We told them if there was an issue, no problem we will bring back the car and get our down payment back. We were told that everything was fine. Gabriel came in to purchase a vehicle from us at Daytona Hyundai. His words were "knowing it would be hard to get done," he was prepared to put down 8000.00. Everything from that point went well. Gabriel left in his new vehicle. A little bit later the bank asked us for proof of Gabriel's income. Gabriel brought in a bank statement with someone else's name on it which was not acceptable to the bank. It was determined that is was his wife's who was not on the loan. Though I had found a great car, 2013 with low miles and only one minor blemish on the back bumper. We were promised the car had been through a complete inspection and worked great. The problem first started when the price online didn't match the price the Sales Manager gave us. Once that was brought up, his entire attitude changed, agitated he was "losing money" and the car was "being stolen" at that price.
