We bought from Daytona homes in August 2025 and have had nothing but great experiences so far. The process was smooth, the agents, site superintendents, and everyone in between has been helpful, kind, and a pleasure to buy from. As for our home, so far its been really solid and any minor issue found was resolved quickly. I would highly recommend anyone buying in Southbow, Cochrane look at Daytona Homes.

We did an independent home inspection and it showed it is also of very high quality. A special thank you to Meghan and Josh for their tremendous help throughout the entire process. They were professional, patient, and always quick to respond to any questions we ha... read more
