We moved in to our new Daytona home in April 2021 & it has been the worst experience. Just to name a few, we had upgraded to triple pane windows & double pane were installed, If we didn’t catch it nothing would have been done, they brushed it off like it was no big deal, & scratched our windows during the swap. We had multiple issues throughout the home building process and after taking possession, our concerns were escalated to the GM Mike Wagner who passed the work back to the salesperson and warranty mgr, we also spoke with higher up, Alphonse Pilon regarding our terrible experience & he never did follow up just apologized & said they would make it right, which they never did and the construction mgr Stephane Brisbois was extremely rude & condescending. Great company and great service!!
This is coming from recent owner. If you are buying new house from this builder, wait till everything in your house is ready. Do not sign any deal before house is complete. They provide one year warranty, and they want to built something that is good for one year. As soon as you paid money in expectation they will finish remaining work, you are done. We were waiting for landscaping to be done in June, 2024, its now Sept 2024. No communication, No work done. Some work has been done by fourth party, and no one is checking work... read more
