We moved in to our new Daytona home in April 2021 & it has been the worst experience. Just to name a few, we had upgraded to triple pane windows & double pane were installed, If we didn’t catch it nothing would have been done, they brushed it off like it was no big deal, & scratched our windows during the swap. We had multiple issues throughout the home building process and after taking possession, our concerns were escalated to the GM Mike Wagner who passed the work back to the salesperson and warranty mgr, we also spoke with higher up, Alphonse Pilon regarding our terrible experience & he never did follow up just apologized & said they would make it right, which they never did and the construction mgr Stephane Brisbois was extremely rude & condescending.
