My review is actually about the warranty service. No matter how many times we call, no one answers. We have had a leak for several months and no one has come to address it. The seasonal work (it is deep in Sept - we moved in April) has not been completed and we feel we are begging for service. Our house was built by City Homes and the sales process was great until we paid and took possession.
We are so grateful for the support we’ve received from Mike Phillips, Warranty Superintendent. He is always quick to respond and helps resolve any issues as soon as possible. Whenever we have a question, he replies right away, and if he is around, he never hesitates to step in and fix things on the spot. I bought house from Daytona Homes two months before, the day after I moved into house the range hood light stop working. We called warranty multiple times they never pickup the call somehow we get to warranty they book a service appointment with the appliance provider. The appliance provider book an appointment every month they come I stay home taking half a day off and the technician just walk away every-time by saying the replacement part is not being ordered yet.
