We first visited the showhome just to inquire about lot availability since we often passed by the area and noticed all the progress. From the very beginning, Wende was incredibly helpful—she provided detailed information, answered all our questions, and guided us through every step. We ended up purchasing a quick possession home, and she continued to assist us throughout the process, always doing her best to accommodate our requests. We’ve just moved in, and so far, everything has been great!
We recently purchased our second home through Daytona Builders at Orchards, and we couldn't be happier with our experience.
