Stayed At This A KOA It Was Excellent! Pool Absolutely Beautiful And Clean! Laundromat Clean Great Machines! The Staff And Gift Shop Excellent! We Would Stay There Anytime If In That Part Of Florida! Excellent
Professional, organized, sparkling clean! Just a few words to describe this KOA! There is no litter or trash on walk-ways, the sites seem to be a bit bigger than other campgrounds--width and length! The cabin we stayed in was immaculate, with one small exception: the ceiling fans need a good dusting, but that happens when they're on 24/7. (A/C filters might need a quick rinse off too.) I have nothing else to say but WOW!! Thank you for your standards! A+

My daughter and family were camping for the weekend 8/16-8/19. They brought their 4 month old German Shepherd which proved to be bothersome after the first night. They called us, we live in Muskegon, to see if we could come get the dog. This was our first time ever at the KOA. Upon arrival, there was a full size Chevy/GMC with a 25 plus foot camper at the first crossroad blocking what I assume was a STOP sign. We reserved a deluxe spot online. First we had to get the staff to come in from outside of the building to check in. Then when we got to our spot it did not have anything that make it deluxe. It had an ugly green electric box right out our front door and a few bricks to call a patio. It did not have a swing like all the other empty deluxe spaces. I frequently visit this KOA, and have issues with the staff every time. I realized there's not a lot of Africa Americans camping out yet. But it seems like I get picked on or called out for stupid reason while I am visiting. They put me in a spot 14W that's right up front with no parking hardly. My wife drove out and parked in the grass by our camper and I started getting phone calls about the car in the grass. Me and my family had a deulx site and it didn't fit our camper (it's 25 ft.) Because The hook ups were to far to hook to connect everthing, if the patios were labled it would have been better. When the mananger came to talk to us he was a little rude. The amienities were good, the jump pellow didn't have times on when it opened and closed, the bathrooms smelled horrible and didn't have much air flow either. Other then those issues it was an ok stay, they had pancakes for the whole camp in the morning
This was the best place I have ever stayed in Texas! The grounds are meticulous and constantly being maintained. The pool is clean, as is the beautiful showers and restrooms. The laundry room is convenient, updated and doesn't cost much to use. I love this campground and the owners are dear, friendly people and on site. It was perfect��������������������������������������������
They are very disrespectful and rude! Do NOT go there! They called the cops on a single mother with three kids! Just because of a misunderstanding and $6!! Not an ethical business.
