Dr. Pfhaler is a good doctor and staff are friendly. However they overbook appointments and you wait a really long time. Had an 8:30am appointment and didn’t get back to see doc until 10am. Waited another 15-20 in the exam room. Time with doc is rushed and not really able to ask questions. We watched 7 people who came in after us leave and all we were there for was a check up. No laser or injections. It is inconsiderate of people’s time to expect them to wait 2 hours for 5 minutes with the doctor.
He needs to take more time with his patients.
Dr. Pfahler is a great dr. However he sees way too many patients in a day. Be prepared to wait 2-4 hours for your appointment.
If you are a new patient plan to be there for at least 4 hours! We were there early as to fill out paperwork like normal for any new doctor. We kept getting called back to have a check done then back to the waiting room. This went on for 3 hours. As we were getting to the point that we had to go due to another appointment we were called back for another test and the doctor basically berated us to stay to have a procedure done because he said he will not be able to do it for at least a week if we were to leave.
