I bought my last three cars at Dayton Toyota. However, today was the worst service I have ever experienced. They just lost a very loyal customer.

Went to Dayton Toyota after my RAV4 was totaled that car saved my life. Jeff was my salesman he is very personable and patient. Was looking at Highlanders for weeks couldn’t decide on model or color. Then on a Tuesday the insurance company told me Friday was last day for rental. Met with Jeff I told him what I wanted there were none on lot. Primarily for salesman Justin A. He gave me a fair deal; I don't think either of us left thinking we'd been had. He took extra time with setup and explanation. Another Toyota dealer is geographically closer, but I would definitely go back to Justin for a future purchase.
