RecommendedI am a returning customer. My Service Advisor Samantha was very nice and helpful! Dayton Toyota changed the oil, rotated the tires, topped off all fluids, and washed my RAV4. It took about 1 hour 20 minutes to complete the service. The customer waiting area offers free WiFi and coffee. Very satisfied with overall service!
The service advisor, Alberto, was very 'customer friendly' and helpful in coordinating the replacement of the brakes to our Toyota. The technician that performed the service was efficient and timely. We appreciate the work of these individuals.... including the driver of the shuttle van who was very prompt and friendly. We are happy with the service provided yesterday.
They told my elderly parents one price on the phone for a car, then raised the price by $1,000 when they arrived. Consumer fraud.

They treat you as if youve purchased an expensive Mercedes, and make you feel "special". Have purchased two cars from Dayton and they will be my go-to dealership in the future.
