Stay away from their service department, parts are priced more then the MSRP as per Toyota website moreover the labor charges also vary as per the person giving you the price, so if you call 2 times and speak to 2 different people the quote will be different.

They treated me like a criminal and acted condescending and pretty much called me a liar to my face. I was profiled by a cop and when he couldn’t find a good reason to give me a ticket he gave me one for the license plate cover that your dealership puts on to advertise. The covers are illegal in New Jersey cause the cover a minuscule part of the states name. I received a $54 ticket. I went to the dealership to ask that they cover the cost of the ticket. Everything! I have two Toyotas, and they are great vehicles. I have to travel further south to get to Dayton, but I was fed up with my old dealership after multiple interactions. I had many questions about my Prius. If the salesman, or service person, did not know the answer, they would immediately look it up or find someone who who could help. Dayton Toyota is everything I expect in a good company, My only complaint, is that I wish the girls, who call about service, would speak more slowly when they leave a message.
Got my second-hand Prius there and it was a great experience, they really worked with me on the price and on what I wanted for my turn-in. I took it in recently for oil change, tune up, etc, and Samantha was great, so was the cashier lady. Very nice people, very good experience.
