Just purchased my second Rav4 from Dayton Toyota. Have always experienced excellent service from the dealer as well as the service team.
This is my third purchase of a Toyota at Dayton. Need I say much more, except to praise Jeffrey Marcus for his exceptional assistance in making my purchase an exceptional and easy experience.
This is the service department that sets the standard!,,,always on time and courteous with quality work.
Do not go to the dealership. There manager told me point blank he would not sell me car because dealership isn't worth my money etc. I bought a few vehicles from them and to be treated like crap my last time there sold me on to write this, call them to explain and still no call backs from owner. So here you go mister big shot. Your dealer ship is horrible. Service department rocks tho ...I'll give them alot of credit.
Dayton Toyota provides excellent service, much better than any dealer of other car make that I have dealt with. Toyota also makes comparatively very high quality cars. I own a 2003 Corolla and a 2007 Camry. With Toyota quality and care, they both drive like new.
I called for an appointment on Thursday and the person who took the call asked a few questions, found my information and said they could do the 50,000 mile check up and take care of the recall that Toyota had sent me a notice about. I brought the car to Dayton Toyota on Sunday afternoon, left the keys and filled out the information requested. The service I've received has always been good here.
the 15,000mi check up was done promptly with no problem. While there, I overheard a service tech patiently explaining to an old gentlemen what was wrong with his car and suggesting another solution when it became obvious that the man could not afford anything like the estimate. Either way Dayton was not going to have his business, but I appreciated the compassionate response to a man clearly in distress.
