This place used to be up the par now they rip you off they don't give you the free priorities for life that you were guaranteed when you bought your vehicle nothing like it used to be that's for sure!
Majeb (sorry if spelled wrong) and team were amazing! True professionals that knew everything about their inventory! They answered all of my questions and were both pleasant and respectful. Although I didn't purchase the 4Runner this time, I will be returning when I look for my next car! Keep up the great work!
They advertise a low price on their cars , but when you get there , they say the $3K extended warranty is mandatory to get that price, False advertising.
It's a classic bait-and-switch. I received a mailer for a $39.95 oil change, but I ended up paying almost $70 with shop fees added. I appealed to service manager Ben Hoffman, and he said all shop work included a shop fee. Besides being illegal in Ohio, it is an incredibly poor business practice.
I did work with Simon that guy took care of me really quick efficient and exact what I need it Simon wa able to have me in tocthe dealership in one hour out driving my new car so if you need a car look for Simon .
I was helped by Carl Warren a very professional salesman eager to explain all the details of the sale and go the extra mile for the customer. He will take away the anxiety of buying a new car with his ability to close the sale in a friendly and warm environment. In the finance department Mr. Romel Reyes took care of finishing the deal with professionalism and integrity. Thanks a lot to both of you and I hope to get my next Toyota with them too.
My experience with buying a car at this dealership is heartfelt amd amazing !! Armando Ortiz our salesman proved to be a great salesman. Very personable, sincere iand knowledgeable in the inventory - leading us to the perfect car and at the price we were hoping for. Another salesman, is to be commended, Jesus Verala, who volunteered his time to assist us when an unexpected situation occurred. The Service Dept. Is GREAT. I love this place. TOYOTA Grapevine is my goto dealership !!
great dealership ! i drove 40 miles because they had the most Rav 4 ‘s of any dealership close to me Majed Yousif was excellent in the process of helping me find exactly what I wanted and sooner than later ! Majed was kind, good listener, and not pushy at all. He also was very responsive thru texting or calling.
