Had a great experience at Dayton! Both the finance mgr, Randy and the sales person Marcus, we're courteous and did what they had to do to get me into the 2016 Tacoma truck I wanted. I would definitely go back again!
I was most recently into the service department for scheduled maintenance and a minor issue with the sound system. The staff is always courteous and the process smooth...and they addressed my issue! The car wash with the service is an added bonus, but unfortunately my front license plate comes out bent each time. Not a really big deal and I did bring it to the service department's attention. Overall, another very good experience.
The Service Representative were thorough, approachable, and were available to ask questions. I had one problem, the mechanic that serviced my car left the door handle dirty.
I had originally leased my 2013 Rav4. The lease is up the end of 2016.. I decided to buy out the lease. I am very happy with the car overall. I called Dayton Toyota to find out the process to buy out the lease. Overall the staff has been great. It was a process made very easy. Then today I called to make a service appointment. I bring my 2009 Camry here for all service needs. The people are wonderful and they never "find" other things to fix. There have been times when I go in and they tell me certain repairs/upkeep may have to be done and how much time I have. It is the first time I have ever completely trusted a car dealership and would recommend everyone stopping there first if they are interested in a Toyota. My first service appt. which was very good experience. Besides it was free that even made it better. They even washed the car for me.
I just bought a 2015 Toyota Tacoma from here in April. I originally went there looking for a different Tacoma when they informed me that a Tacoma fitting what I really wanted had just been traded in. They let me test drive it and I was sold. They hadn't even had a chance to clean it or anything, but they got everything ready so that I could pick it up the next day. I am absolutely in love with it and couldn't be more happy with the service I received.
