I had an awful experience yesterday in service. The manager refused to come out. The rep was condenscing to me and had no idea how to do his job and nobody else would help me. You lost a longtime customer.
I have been going to Dayton Toyota for years, bought my car there 9 years ago. I can always get an appointment quickly, don't spend too much time in the waiting room and if the wait will be long I can get a ride home or get a loaner. They're also conservative with their plans of what needs to be fixed and what I can live with since my car will be a teenager this year. We always come to an agreement and I drive off a happy customer in a car that runs.
Two(2) hours for a basic oil change. People are dragging.

I didn't buy my car from Dayton because I didn't know they were there but they have maintained my car since the 2nd oil change. Their staff is AMAZING. They Always take very good care of me. Never make me spend money until I need to. Always find answers to my questions and make me feel valued as a customer. I would recommend them to anyone and do. My next purchase will be with Dayton and they will continue to service our vehicles. thank you to Mike, Jyoti, Hazel , the mechanics and the rest of the staff
