My girlfriend was looking for a car and found one advertised online by Dayton Toyota that appeared to be just what she was looking for. The Dayton Toyota - service ****** I called them to schedule my car maintenance and the person on the phone mentioned its $37 and some cents .. I book the appointment. I go to get the car servicing.. they **** me for $95 and some cents mentioning I m due for oil change ( which was not true since I was not due till aug 2022 and had another 5K miles before next oil change ) and that $37 was only tire rotation - while on the phone the person from Dayton Toyota mentioned $37 and some cents for oil change . What Others Say I was in need of a new vehicle and found trying to buy one during Covid was extremely difficult. I asked for information over the phone and was very pleased so I took a ride to the dealership. It was easy and simple and never experienced this before. I was able to test drive, purchase and finance the vehicle all within 5 hours. The service department manager and some associates are very rude to customers. They hike up prices and then blind side you with the cost once you are here. If you question them or ask to speak to management you are dismissed very rudely. The manager *** ****** was particularly rude today .
HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE !! I Haven’t been to a dealer in years I see nothing has changed. Horrible experience . Had no inventory very little help , seem like they couldn’t wait to get rid of me rushed me out of the place . And told me that I had to put down money first to look at my credit And tell me what my payments will be!! No thanks I’ll take my money and business some other place .
