I lived here for 5+ years and have been happy. It's a very small complex so everybody knows everybody's business but that just means we all take care of our neighbors. The owner is a slumlord and needs to pour a lot of money into the place and won't at all but for the most part our work orders get done. Ashley the manager is spot on in running this place. She takes care of business but there is usually a wait-list, application is available outside of office fill it out and get your name in the hat
Very quiet, well maintained, and great manager, Ashley.
They are so great dwellings. No pool thst i had ever seen. Just really quiet.
Nice and clean apartment. Ask for Maria she will take care of you.
