I scheduled an appointment with a dermatologist and waited five weeks to be seen. When I arrived, I paid a $110 copay for the visit. After checking in, I had to slowly make my way upstairs due to the condition of my hands. Once I was in the exam room, the provider, Martha Hickman, briefly looked at my hands and immediately said, “I don’t know what to do for you.” That was essentially the entire consultation. I couldn't have gone to a better place than Dayton Skin Care. Dr. Donnelly and staff explained everything that they were going to be doing before they did it. They gave me a mirror so I could see what they were describing to me. They all were caring, friendly and just plain nice to be around.
Natalie is excellent.
Somewhere between a 3 and 4 is what I'd like to have my stars represent. Dr Hickman seems to know her stuff, but she is always very fast with me. I'm thankful she is quick in some regards, but it seems like she just wants to move on to the next person. Also of note the facility was unclean. I had to get undressed for my exam and the floors were dirty. I was uneasy to walk barefoot.
I have had multiple procedures at this practice. My experiance has always been positive. Doctors and staff are courteous and professional.
