This is great practice Dr. Donnelly has helped me so much. I also go to Natalie for chemical peels and she has helped me with my skin. Natalie and Dr. Donnelly have given me so many pointers on things to do by helping with sunscreen and telling me about lasers that would be best for my skin. I have to say thanks to the billing department they even helped me with an insurance problem I had. With a little Communication we got it all worked out. Friendly and competent staff. Dr. Hickmann is excellent and will make you feel comfortable with your treatment. I highly recommend her.
All staff took the time to put me at ease, and answered all my questions. Dr. Hamid gave a very professional explanation of all procedures and allowed me to make an informed choice on how I wanted him to proceed.
