Everyone is very sweet and very professional. All the offices are very clean☺️
What a great experience. So blessed to find this practice. Top notch and so kind every person I interacted with during my visit for skin cancer removal.
I called because Dr Hickmann is on the Kettering website as one of their docs. Apparently if you're a self pay they charge $100 to "hold" the appt if you cancel b4 24 hrs of appt u get full refund; within 24 hrs they keep $75. So they'll take a $25 MORE deposit than they actually need to hold the appt. Maybe they're good doctors but I'm already getting the hee-bee gee-bees regarding their billing methods and I haven't gone there yet. I canceled everything.
I have experienced mIcropeel peels, dermaplane, along with laser services Dr. Hickman and the esthetician are very knowledgeable and take their time answering your questions. The staff and courteous, I have not experienced long wait times. Give them a try, you will not be disappointed!
Everyone here is kind and 100% helpful and thorough. Great dermatology services-highly recommend.
