Very thorough. Surgery was well done. Communication throughout the process (before, during, and after) was incredible. Very impressed.
Brought my 86 year old father in to have some skin cancer cells removed from his forehead. The staff was extremely knowledgeable and caring. They took their time to answer all his questions and explain everything they were going to do to treat him. They were kind and caring from the front desk staff to the nurses and doctors doing the procedure. I would definitely recommend them for this service.
Natalie is wonderful at what she does, and makes having a peel enjoyable despite the discomfort in the moment. I have seen a definite improvement in the quality of my skin, and would highly recommend an appointment with her.
Scheduled for mole removal, but nothing was done. The doctor looked at it, said it was benign, and referred me elsewhere. The interaction lasted only a few minutes. I was charged $196 at checkout for the visit (billed as a higher-level CPT code) despite no procedure being performed. After I contacted the office and questioned the billing, the charge was later adjusted to about $129.
