My daughter had a great visit with Bryan Dooley, PA. He was helpful and explained her conditions and treatment plan thoroughly.
I have to edit my great review of this place. I have went here for many things and everyone is always so kind. However, lately they have NOT been on top of there game. One- I got billed for an item that that I didn’t buy. They did fix my bill. Two- on Nov 17th I left work ASAP and drove over to the office I got there at 453 and the office is to be opened till 500. I run up to the door only to find it was locked and the office had closed early. No reason just wanted to I guess. This is makes me VERY mad when business do this.... read more
I had to come in due to my prescription needing refilled and they hadn’t seen me in over a year. I was reluctant but I went in so I could get my prescription. I was not happy to be there so I wasn’t my normal friendly self. They set me up with a PA (not my normal doctor), not a doctor at all, who didn’t even bother to read my patient chart on what my condition is. I visited this dermatologist for the first time yesterday. The doctor gave me a diagnosis and told me he wants me to go home and Google everything about it. I asked a couple questions and he interrupted me before I was finished. He walked out with out addressing all of my issues that I came to talk about, and I looked at the assistant who told me we can talk about those at my follow up. I thought he must be in an hurry to see another patient, but I walked by and he was in a room just chitchatting with two other employees. Af... read more
