not impressed – Ive been dealing with milentz self storage for about three years now. In November the manager of their Dayton office passed away and that's pretty much where my problems with them began. When the manager passed away I (and im sure some other people too) wasn't notified of that office closing. I had been instructed to send my payments to that location and from there they would have been tracked in the computer.
